Cole Dunaway was excellent! I needed a minor repair and it was completed the next day at a very reasonable price. We’ve used them twice and neither time have they pressured us into replacing our current roof. I’d definitely continue and recommend them.

Recent hail storm occurred around 8:30 pm. We called Texas Traditions that evening and someone was at our house the following morning. The representative, Kat, was friendly and informative. She explained what damage she found and readily acknowledged that while we did have some damaged shingles, there likely were not enough to warrant complete replacement of our roof. Her honesty was very appreciated as it would have been easy to try and sell us on the need for a new roof. We engaged Texas Traditions to replace the shingles that were damaged and the work was done timely by a courteous technician. We are very happy with the integrity of Texas Traditions and the quality of the employees who were involved with our project.

Excellent customer service, answering questions and returning phone calls. They replaced my whole roof. They explained their process very well and had good visual materials they left with me to read over. They kept appointments and completed the work as promised. Good cleanup afterwards. I strongly recommend them.

Texas Traditions Roofing has done work for us twice. First, they did a repair after the ice storm of 2021, and then they replaced the entire roof after hail damage in 2023. They did excellent work, and they kept their commitments to us in doing so. We were pleased with their work, and we also appreciated that they gave us a 25-year warranty on the work done. I highly recommend using Texas Tradition Roofing. Everyone I spoke with did an amazing job from the initial out reach to the contact after a week of the job being completed. Kat was my initial contact and surveyor. She was very informative and knowledgeable and helped with all my questions, which I had a lot of. For this being my first time having to get a roof replaced I was very thankful for her patience, she went above and beyond! I also used the finance department and Conner was helpful during the whole process answered all questions and concerns. Use Texas Traditions and you will not be disappointed!

The contract along with the process was explained very well. They showed up when they said they would with an experienced team of roofers. We are thrilled with every aspect of using Texas Traditions Roofing for our new roof which was completed on time. Wes worked with our insurance company who agreed to the wind damage as he established a fantastic relationship between Texas Traditions Roofing, the insurance company and ourselves. The entire roof was installed in 1 1/2 days under the outstanding supervision of Garrett Pippin, who was the Superintendent of the project! The Texas Traditions Roofing workers were meticulous in cleaning up the driveway and yard after the roof was completed.
